  • Lancaster staff will treat you with the utmost professional courtesy and deal with you in a honest, open and forthright manner
  • Lancaster will hold your resume and contact information in the strictest confidence
  • Lancaster will never submit a resume to a client without your express permission
  • Lancaster does not refer anyone in our registry to other consulting firms
  • Lancaster pays our consultants promptly upon receipt of a client-signed timesheet (accompanied by an invoice in the case of an independent contractor) on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis
  • Lancaster will always require professional references from candidates prior to an interview with our clients
  • Lancaster will pay referral fees for both client and consultant referrals
